Job Description

JOB TITLE: Communications Representative
LOCATION: Orlando, FL
PAY RATE: $70/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary: 

  • Develop, execute, and measure a strategic internal communications plan aligned with Aeronautics Data & Analytics business priorities

  • Partner across the Data & Analytics organization to assess organizational development and change needs

  • Support alignment and governance of enterprise-wide Data Strategy initiatives

  • Create high-quality, multi-channel communications including articles, emails, meeting scripts, webpages, presentations, videos, and other digital content

  • Simplify and translate highly technical content for diverse internal audiences

  • Coordinate and develop talking points and presentation materials for all-hands meetings and webcasts

  • Update and manage WordPress site content; monitor and analyze digital engagement metrics

  • Collaborate with enterprise communications teams and ensure adherence to corporate communications policies

Requirements:

  • Change Management: 2–4 years

  • Agile/Scrum: 1–2 years (preferred)

  • Training & Learning Content Design: 2–4 years

  • MS Excel: 2–4 years

  • MS PowerPoint (Intermediate): 2–4 years

  • Communications (Technical & Internal): 2–4 years

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience planning, executing, and measuring integrated communications strategies

  • Self-motivated, proactive professional able to work independently under tight deadlines and competing priorities

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to quickly learn new subject matter

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without formal authority

  • Proven project and program management capabilities delivering timely, high-quality results

  • Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Hands-on experience updating WordPress sites

  • Experience creating and editing short-form videos using tools such as Powtoon, Camtasia, or StreamIT

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of AP Style

  • Familiarity with modern communications trends, including social media and visual storytelling

  • Experience writing internal communications that convey complex information clearly and compellingly

  • Understanding of analytics and data-driven insights

  • Organizational Development experience

  • Organizational Change Management and culture change experience, including enterprise-level initiatives
