Summary:
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in the aviation industry. This role is a great fit for professionals with experience in staffing agency recruiting, sales, or account management.
In this role, you will engage with a variety of provided leads to build lasting client partnerships, convert prospects into long-term accounts, manage ongoing relationships, and collaborate closely with our recruiting team to deliver top staffing solutions. Comprehensive sales support, talking points, and onboarding assistance will be provided to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
Contact and convert leads into active clients by promoting our staffing services
Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships
Collaborate with recruiting teams to fulfill client staffing needs efficiently
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
Maintain accurate records of client activity and communications using CRM tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Aviation staffing agency experience is required (strong understanding of OEM, MRO, aerospace staffing, or related)
Background in sales, account management, recruiting, or business development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and comfort with outreach calls, virtual meetings, and ongoing client interaction
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple accounts with consistent follow-through
Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking client interactions and managing pipelines
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))
