JOB TITLE: Cable Assembler - Solder - 1st Shift

Summary: 

• Seeking a skilled Cable Harness and Soldering Assembler with strong mechanical aptitude.

• The ideal candidate will have experience working with copper and coaxial wire, following assembly processes, and reading detailed work instructions and prints.

• Assemble cable harnesses and perform soldering using hand tools

• Strip, crimp, and prepare copper and coax wire

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and assembly prints

• Follow IPC-610 and IPC-620 standards during production

• Ensure accurate and consistent work according to process guidelines

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• High mechanical aptitude

• 1–2 years of experience with:

  • IPC-A-610 and IPC-WHMA-A-620 standards

  • Wire harness print reading

  • Cable harness assembly

  • Cable soldering and use of assembly tools

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English

• Able to follow detailed processes and work independently

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
