JOB TITLE: CCA Inspector - 1st Shift

Summary: 

• Perform visual inspection of solder and conformal coating on circuit card assemblies (CCAs) per IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001.

• Follow predetermined methods, inspection operations, drawings, and written instructions.

• Use measuring devices such as dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, etc.

• Conduct 100% visual inspection of CCA assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications, including IPC standards and related reference documents.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED required.

• Ability to work under a microscope and sit for extended periods.

• 2+ years solder/visual inspection experience or 2+ years manufacturing/soldering experience with electronic assemblies.

• 1+ year conformal coating experience.

• Experience inspecting solder connections or building CCAs per IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001.

• Strong attention to detail; quality- and process-focused.

• Skilled in interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, and IPC standards.

• Strong communication skills; team-oriented; able to work professionally with manufacturing.

• Basic PC proficiency.

• Documentation Skills (1–2 yrs)

• IPC-A-610 (2–4 yrs)

• IPC-J-STD (2–4 yrs)

• Measurement Standards (1–2 yrs)

• Visual Inspection (2–4 yrs)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
