JOB TITLE: CAD/CAM Machinist
LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: $30/hour

Job Details:

• Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies per work instructions and engineering drawings.

• Set up, operate, and adjust machine tools to fabricate original parts and tools.

• Select appropriate cutting tools, monitor machine performance, and make adjustments to ensure quality.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure equipment is in optimal condition.

• Accurately input production data and collaborate on process improvements.

• Read and interpret blueprints and digital instructions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Candidate will be required to start interim clearance process at offer stage.

• Proficient in basic math; capable of taking precise measurements.

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine tools and equipment.

• Basic computer skills and comfort navigating digital systems.

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and willingness to develop programming skills.

• Knowledge of ESD procedures is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and reliability.

• PPE Required: Steel-toe shoes

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
