JOB TITLE: Avionics Installer I 
LOCATION: Savannah, GA
PAY RATE: $25.65/hour

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

• Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary: 

• Assist with the installation, modification, and fabrication of wiring, electrical components, and fixtures per blueprints and engineering drawings.

• Complete tasks within the allocated timeframe.

• Maintain required logs and records.

• Follow company FOD, tool control, 5-S programs, and safety regulations.

• Maintain shop equipment and tools as directed by the Supervisor.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• General knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

• Must know how to use a multimeter.

• Six (6) months of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience preferred.

• Technical certificate in aircraft electrical assembly preferred, or successful completion of a youth apprenticeship program sponsored by Gulfstream.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer skills and general software knowledge required.
