JOB TITLE: Autoclave Operator Technician I
LOCATION: Tusla, OK
PAY RATE: $21.21/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Under direct supervision in a team environment, assists in the setup and operation of autoclaves and related equipment to cure and bond metallic, fiberglass, and carbon fiber aircraft parts.

  • Assist in setup and operation of autoclaves and auxiliary equipment.

  • Help select and load parts based on processing needs and capacity.

  • Connect thermocouples and vacuum lines as required.

  • Support retrieval, preparation, and release of tools for bonding.

  • Assist in tool breakdown, cleaning, and storage post-process.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with FOD, 5S, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience, preferably with autoclave operations

  • Basic computer and math skills.

  • Valid driver's license (required to obtain GAC cart and forklift license).

  • Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing procedures.

  • Operational knowledge of cranes, forklifts, and tow mules.

  • Must obtain a Q-Stamp within 12 months of hire.

  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work any shift.

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
