JOB TITLE: Assembler - Electronic HI-Pot Test
LOCATION: Manassas, VA
PAY RATE: Up to $18/hour

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?

Summary: 

• Assemble and populate electronic subassemblies.

• Route cables; perform continuity and resistance checks.

• Conduct pressure, Hi-Pot, and impedance tests; prepare units for delivery.

• Assist with customer and quality inspections.

• Follow engineering drawings, electronic work instructions, and verbal/written guidelines.

• Operate torque wrenches, hand tools, hand trucks, and specialized testing equipment.

• Work with compounds and chemicals, including epoxies, isopropyl alcohol, and acetone.

• Adhere to ESD protocols and PPE requirements (e.g., safety glasses, ESD equipment).

• Maintain accurate records, including time tracking and safety training.

• Use a computer for work instructions, logging issues, scheduling tasks, and communication.

• May require weekend overtime (Friday-Saturday).

Requirements:

• Must have relevant work experience 
• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
