JOB TITLE: Assembler - Electro-Mechanical Cable Router  
LOCATION: Orlando, FL 
PAY RATE: $19.80/hour

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Build electromechanical subassemblies in a production setting.

  • Responsible for performing self-inspections, recognizing defects, and ensuring products meet quality standards by following work instructions and drawings.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience as an Electromechanical Assembler working with IPC-620 standards.

  • The following skills must be clearly listed in the candidate’s work experience:

  • Hands-on experience with IPC-620 standards, including:

    • Crimping open and closed barrel terminals

    • Coax (BNCs, Virginia or Mac Panel)

    • Soldering

    • Solder sleeves

    • Daisy chains

    • Solder splices

  • Ability to perform self-inspections (understanding acceptance criteria and defect recognition)

  • Mechanical and electrical experience with subassemblies

  • Proficiency in torque tools (setting and applying correctly)

  • Skilled in cable routing, including bend radius, service loops, and wire dressing

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality production

  • Ability to follow work instructions and interpret technical drawings

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
