Job Details:

• Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

• Shift: Mon-Thurs, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST, with overtime on weekends.

Summary: 

• Perform soldering tasks to IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards for assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs).

• Assemble circuit card assemblies using hand tools and a microscope for precise work.

• Operate in an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protected environment to ensure safety and quality control.

• Follow electronic work instructions to complete tasks efficiently and in line with quality standards.

• Communicate assembly progress and any issues effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Maintain proper documentation and accurate reporting for each completed assembly task.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 soldering standards.

• Strong understanding of printed circuit board (PCB) assembly and related processes.

• Proven experience working in an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) controlled environment.

• Skilled with hand tools for circuit card assembly and using a microscope.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in using computers and following electronic work instructions.

• Mechanically inclined with an attention to detail.

• Ability to read and write in English.

• Must pass a medical test as outlined in the supplier guide.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
