Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly of electronic/mechanical components (modules, boards, panels, cables, etc.).

• Work from diagrams and drawings, using hand/power tools, jigs, and saws.

• Inspect, modify, rework, and test prototype assemblies.

• Conduct continuity checks and quality inspections per specifications.

• Use a microscope to verify part placement, align components, and perform post re-flow touch-ups.

• Identify and correct solder defects (cold joints, voids, shorts, misalignment, etc.).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of SMT soldering experience (surface mount, fine pitch).

• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.

• Proficiency in reading assembly drawings and blueprints.

• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD standards.

• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

• Basic computer proficiency for Windows-based programs.

• Ability to sit for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment with potential overtime.

• Experience with circuit cards and PCB assembly.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
