Job Description

JOB TITLE: Assembler - Circuit JSTD (1st Shift) 
LOCATION: 
Niagara Falls, NY
PAY RATE: $22/hour

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Assemble micro-components using a microscope.

  • Build sub-assemblies and components from schematics, blueprints, or verbal instructions.

  • Use standard tools and materials for electronic/electromechanical assembly.

  • May perform rework, modifications, and basic quality testing.

  • Collaborate with development and/or manufacturing engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Microscope experience is mandatory. Resumes without it will not be considered.

  • Not a circuit board soldering role — this position requires microscope-based assembly of miniature parts.

  • Hands-on experience using a microscope to assemble components.

  • Excellent visual acuity and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with miniature precision components (e.g., medical devices, gyros, hybrid microelectronics).

  • Work in ISO/Clean Room environments.

  • Background in watchmaking, jewelry, or similar fields requiring delicate assembly.

  • IPC J-STD-001 solder certification.

  • Electronic assembly and electrical testing skills.

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
