Job Description

JOB TITLE: Assembler - Circuit JSTD (1st Shift) 
LOCATION: Clearwater, FL
PAY RATE: Up to $24/hour

Job Details:

  • Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

  • Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST (Overtime may be required on weekends)

Qualifying Questions:

  • Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?
  • Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?
  • Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary: 

  • Perform soldering in accordance with IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 standards (minimum 3 years’ experience required)

  • Assemble and inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) and circuit card assemblies

  • Operate hand tools commonly used in PCB assembly

  • Work effectively under a microscope for extended periods

  • Follow detailed electronic work instructions using a computer interface

  • Perform masking, demasking, and conformal coating touch-up

  • Ensure compliance with ESD protection standards

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 soldering

  • Solid understanding of printed circuit board components and assembly techniques

  • Prior experience working in an ESD-sensitive environment

  • Ability to read and follow technical documentation and work instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Mechanically inclined with a problem-solving mindset

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
