JOB TITLE: Assembler - Cable Solder JSTD

Job Details:

• Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Day Shift)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies per drawings and work instructions.

• Operate microscopes, measuring devices, and electronic test equipment.

• Handle components of varying sizes, including under magnification.

• Use hand tools (tweezers, rulers, cutters) and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, screwdrivers).

• Perform accurate data entry related to production.

• Support team efforts for throughput and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must be eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance; active clearance preferred.

• Basic computer skills; ability to navigate digital systems.

• Strong attention to detail; ability to follow instructions.

• Willingness to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards.

• Preferred: Experience with microelectronics or electrical assembly.

• Familiarity with ESD procedures and test equipment.

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow in the role.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
