JOB TITLE: Fuel Cell Sealer
LOCATION: Wichita, KS
PAY RATE: Up to $35/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Apply sealing compounds (Scotch Cast, leveling compound, aerodynamic seal) and conduct pressure testing per blueprints and process specifications

• Complete seal progression data transactions and perform necessary rework, pickups, or change incorporation

• Use precision measuring tools and report any job handicaps (errors, tools, procedures)

• Support product flow through coaching, assisting, and training peers

• Document discrepancies per established specifications and procedures

• Perform aerodynamic and large-structure sealing

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must have relevant work experience 

• Must be able to work any shift

• Training will be provided in Wichita, KS (includes SEA092, SEA083, ASY050, and standard online modules)

• Overtime may be available depending on workload

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with integral fuel cell sealing

• Ability to perform major assembly/large structure sealing
