JOB TITLE: Wire Harness Technician
LOCATION: Owego, NY
PAY RATE: Up to $26/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Assemble, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.

• Work from schematics, engineering drawings, and verbal/written instructions.

• Operate equipment, conduct tests, and report data in the required format.

• Perform calibration, alignment checks, and necessary adjustments or modifications.

• Prepare and apply prescribed compounds and solutions.

Requirements:

• Must have hands-on experience building cable harnesses from the ground up.

• Proven experience building cable harnesses

• Ability to read and interpret wire harness prints

• Proficiency in stripping and crimping wires

• Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics

• Self-starter with excellent communication skills

• Must be eligible to obtain a clearance (active clearance not required).

• IPC-620 certification preferred, but strong candidates without certification will be considered.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
