JOB TITLE: Senior CCA Equipment Technician
LOCATION: Oldsmar, FL
PAY RATE: Up to $35/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of in-line manufacturing equipment.

• Diagnose failures, replace components, and troubleshoot using electronic equipment, drawings, and manuals.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CCA production equipment.

• Collaborate with production leadership and engineers to improve machine performance.

• Maintain detailed maintenance and repair logs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience

• Proficient with mechanical hand tools and soldering equipment

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems

• Flexible schedule, including potential weekend and shift work

• Excellent communication skills

• Completion of relevant manufacturing training programs

• Experience with MyCronic and Universal Instruments PnP

• Kohyoung/YesTech AOI experience

• SMT CCA Inline-Wash and MPM Screen Printer experience

• Associate degree or vocational certificate in a technical field

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
