JOB TITLE: Senior CCA Equipment Technician

Summary:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of in-line manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose failures, replace components, and troubleshoot using electronic equipment, drawings, and manuals.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CCA production equipment.
Collaborate with production leadership and engineers to improve machine performance.
Maintain detailed maintenance and repair logs.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience
Proficient with mechanical hand tools and soldering equipment
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
Flexible schedule, including potential weekend and shift work
Excellent communication skills
Completion of relevant manufacturing training programs
Experience with MyCronic and Universal Instruments PnP
Kohyoung/YesTech AOI experience
SMT CCA Inline-Wash and MPM Screen Printer experience
Associate degree or vocational certificate in a technical field
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
