JOB TITLE: (P) Sr Aircraft Assembler Tank Sealant - Free Housing Support

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Performs complex production assembly on aircraft structural components, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual and automated tools in a manufacturing environment.

• This role is strictly for candidates with professional aviation/aerospace assembly experience — automotive assembly experience is not applicable

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of aircraft or aerospace assembly experience (automotive assembly not considered)

• Ability to read and follow technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications

• Experience in aircraft panel installation, sealant application, and fuel tank work

• Use of chemical solvents, sealants, adhesives, coatings, and finishes

• Ability to perform bond and ground measurements

• In-tank sealing and confined space work (training/certification required)

• Capable of performing structural washes (e.g., fuel tanks)

• Microsoft Office / Outlook

• CAD / 3D Drawing Software

• Internet Explorer

• Use of various hand and power tools (e.g., rivet gun, bucking bar, nut runner, Winslow, Quackenbush)

• Mechanical lift operation (ladders, tiger/snorkel lifts)

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
