JOB TITLE: Interactive Media Video Developer - DEFENSE
LOCATION: 
Eglin AFB, FL
PAY RATE: Up to $30/hour

Summary: 

  • Responsible for creating high-quality videos and interactive media to support training products.

  • These include, but are not limited to, interactive self-paced lessons and training modules.

  • The ideal candidate will be experienced in all phases of multimedia production—planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and producing engaging micro-learning and training content.

  • This position provides on-site support for the JSF Training Program and its customers at Eglin AFB, FL, ensuring contract deliverables and organizational objectives are met.

  • Develop and produce training videos and multimedia applications

  • Plan, script, film/capture, edit, and narrate micro-learning and training videos

  • Design and integrate motion graphics and still images into video products

  • Maintain style guide consistency and branding across all multimedia content

  • Ensure high-quality output with a strong attention to detail and aesthetics

  • Research and implement new tools or technologies as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects

  • Proven video production and editing experience

  • Strong design skills, including still and motion graphics

  • Ability to adhere to project guidelines and visual standards

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Experience supporting military or government training programs

  • Knowledge of SCORM or other e-learning standards

  • Familiarity with interactive authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
