Summary: 

  • We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities on commercial aircraft.

  • Recent hands-on experience and either an Airframe or A&P certification.

  • This is a safety-sensitive position subject to FAA/DOT regulations.

  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance per OEM and airline manuals.

  • Read and interpret drawings, schematics, service bulletins, and engineering documentation.

  • Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems, including flight controls, hydraulics, landing gear, and environmental systems.

  • Perform structural repairs including floor beams, bulkheads, stringers, and frames using SRM and engineering data.

  • Fabricate or replace skins, stiffeners, brackets, extrusions, and seat tracks.

  • Conduct rigging and operational testing of aircraft systems.

  • Communicate job progress effectively with team and leadership.

  • Accurately clock time to jobs and complete OJT documentation.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ recent commercial aircraft maintenance or MRO experience.

  • FAA Airframe or A&P certification required.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments (stooping, kneeling, standing, confined spaces).

  • Must comply with DOT/FAA Drug & Alcohol Testing Program.

  • Adaptability, Dependability, Initiative

  • Communication & Teamwork

  • Quality-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to operate ground support equipment (Hi-Reach, power carts, etc.).

  • Familiarity with general aircraft maintenance operations and procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Willingness to travel or work outside core business hours when needed.
