JOB TITLE: Production Fabricator - Interiors
LOCATION: 
Marysville, WA
PAY RATE: Up to $25/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Performs basic fabrication of aircraft interior components and supports production efforts to meet project objectives and deadlines.

  • Fabricate individual components and complete assembly tasks per specifications.

  • Build sub-assemblies and assemblies from fabricated parts.

  • Operate various fabrication machines and equipment.

  • Interpret basic blueprints and process specifications accurately.

  • Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment, including adherence to Hazardous Materials guidelines.

  • Maintain regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior aerospace production experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to quality in a schedule-driven environment.

  • Proficient in using air tools, performing potting, riveting, and general hand-tool assembly.

  • Experience working with aluminum and Nomex materials.

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team setting.

  • Ability to travel and work outside normal business hours as needed.

  • Physically able to sit, lift up to 25 lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance), reach overhead, and perform tasks in standing, kneeling, or cramped positions.

  • Normal or corrected vision, including close and color vision.

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to climb ladders and step stools.

  • Lift and carry 25 lbs independently; up to 100 lbs with assistance.

  • Work in non-dust-free environments.

  • Full range of hand motion and ability to maintain various body positions.
