JOB TITLE: CMM Programmer
LOCATION: 
Malden, MA
Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually + benefits package

Summary: 

We’re looking for a highly experienced CMM Programmer with a passion for accuracy and a strong background in PC-DMIS programming. If you thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment and enjoy working on complex, high-performance parts—this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust PC-DMIS inspection routines for machined components at all stages—rough, semi-finished, and finished.

  • Ensure parts meet GD&T and industry standards.

  • Maintain accurate inspection documentation and non-conformance records.

  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Production teams to address issues and drive improvements.

  • Support inspection process optimization, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

  • Assist inspectors by sharing knowledge and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of CMM programming experience with a strong focus on PC-DMIS.

  • Solid background in quality assurance and precision inspection.

  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Knowledge of inspection techniques for various machining processes (milling, turning, etc.).

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with aerospace materials (nickel, titanium, aluminum) is a plus.

  • U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR compliance.
