JOB TITLE: Electrical Engineer 1

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Maintain EE (PCBA and, if possible, harness) drawings and ensure consistency across documentation.

• Collaborate with QA and manufacturing teams to establish and maintain strong drawing practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 1–3 years of experience (internship or academic project experience acceptable), or 2–5 years of hands-on drafting experience with PCBA drawings.

• Proficiency in at least one ECAD program (Altium preferred; Eagle, OrCAD, or KiCad acceptable).

• Altium Draftsman experience.

• AutoCAD experience for harness drafting.

• Familiarity with common electrical standards (IPC-610, IPC-6012, etc.) and ability to work with and interpret EE standards.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
