JOB TITLE: Machinist - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: $38/hour

Job Details:

• Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

• Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies per work instructions and drawings

• Operate and adjust precision machines to maintain product quality

• Interpret engineering drawings and process documentation

• Select/install tools, monitor machining operations, and perform routine equipment maintenance

• Maintain accurate production data and contribute to process improvements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Interim Secret Clearance required at offer stage

• Basic computer and math skills

• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machine operations

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and entry-level programming from models

• Understanding of ESD procedures and machine safety protocols

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to learn and grow

• Steel-toe shoes required

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
