JOB TITLE: Human Resources Administrator
LOCATION: Bothell, WA
PAY RATE: $28-30/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:

  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, employment changes, and benefits administration.

  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.

  • Conduct HR data audits and support reporting, process improvement, and compliance initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain HR procedures, workflows, and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and company policies.

  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to support workforce operations.

  • Assist with special projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of HR, HRIS, or employee operations experience, preferably in a regulated industry.

  • Must meet U.S. Person requirements under ITAR.

  • Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday.

  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or Replicon.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Self-starter with strong process improvement and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HRIS administration and benefits programs.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

  • Knowledge of employment and benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and PFML.

  • Experience supporting HR operations in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
