Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, employment changes, and benefits administration.
Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
Conduct HR data audits and support reporting, process improvement, and compliance initiatives.
Develop and maintain HR procedures, workflows, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and company policies.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to support workforce operations.
Assist with special projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of HR, HRIS, or employee operations experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
Must meet U.S. Person requirements under ITAR.
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or Replicon.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Self-starter with strong process improvement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HRIS administration and benefits programs.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Knowledge of employment and benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and PFML.
Experience supporting HR operations in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
