JOB TITLE: Aircraft QC Inspector I 
LOCATION: Tulsa, OK
PAY RATE: $32.18/hour

Summary: 

  • Work in a team environment to inspect aircraft parts, sub-assemblies, and installations across Initial Phase Manufacturing, Composites, and Final Phase to ensure compliance with type design data.

  • Perform inspections using engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.

  • Conduct preliminary, progressive, and final inspections of structures and systems, verifying functionality and checking for FOD.

  • Witness, verify, and document manufacturing process steps.

  • Perform conformity and first article inspections per FAA-approved procedures.

  • Ensure proper use and storage of tools and equipment.

  • Promote workplace and product safety, report hazards, and support risk reduction efforts.

  • Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel.

  • Conduct area inspections to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 1 year of quality inspection experience or 2 years of GAC manufacturing experience required.

  • 2 years of manufacturing or equivalent aerospace experience preferred.

  • Completion of a Formal Inspection Training Program within 90 days required.

  • Proficiency in shop mathematics and blueprint reading (CATIA preferred).

  • Competence in using basic shop tools and equipment.
