JOB TITLE: Aircraft Mechanic
LOCATION: 
Moses Lake, WA
SALARY: $56,000 - $77,000 per year

Summary: 

  • Perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance, repairs, and overhauls.

  • Interpret maintenance manuals and service bulletins to determine repair methods.

  • Rig, test, and troubleshoot flight control surfaces, landing gear, engines, hydraulics, and air-conditioning systems.

  • Perform sheet metal structural repairs and fabricate parts for aircraft.

  • Communicate work progress and issues with leadership and co-workers.

  • Complete job assignments and training in a timely manner.

  • Maintain a clean work area and clock in accurately for job tracking.

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of related aircraft maintenance experience.

  • FAA Airframe or Powerplant license preferred.

  • Must acquire necessary tools within 6 months of employment.

  • US Person status required for legal compliance (ITAR regulations).

  • Strong communication skills (English).

  • Ability to interpret maintenance documents and work independently.

  • Knowledge of ground support equipment and basic maintenance operations.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks in confined spaces.

  • Must comply with DOT/FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program.
