Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Perform structural maintenance and depot-level structural repair using approved processes.
Conduct close-tolerance drilling, reaming, fastener installation, sealing, painting, and preservation work.
Locate blind holes and install structural components on existing airframes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical orders, and specifications.
Use aircraft-specific tools including torque wrenches, micrometers, dial indicators, and sheet metal equipment.
Access computer systems to review work instructions, drawings, and maintenance records.
Provide technical guidance to junior technicians when needed.
Operate forklifts, mobile cranes, and elevating equipment as required.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required.
4+ years of on-aircraft heavy structures experience (platform experience should be listed on resume).
Experience performing close-tolerance drilling, reaming, and structural component installation.
Experience working with aluminum, titanium, and stainless materials.
Proficiency using structural hand tools and working from schematics, assembly drawings, and SOPs.
Ability to obtain customer access approval (dual or prior foreign citizenship may affect eligibility).
Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to ~35 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance).
Frequent standing, walking, overhead reaching, and exposure to noise.
Must pass vision and color perception testing.
Must wear required personal protective equipment and handle hazardous materials safely.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Ability to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as mission demands require.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with VIP or specialty aircraft interiors.
Depot-level or heavy structures maintenance experience.
FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant certification.
Experience supporting executive fleet platforms.
