JOB TITLE: Aircraft Maintenance Technician - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Seymour Johnson AFB, NC
PAY RATE: $35-43/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
-
Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace systems by repairing, replacing, or upgrading components
-
Correct system failures and implement design changes
-
Oversee assembly, disassembly, and overhaul activities as needed
-
Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment
-
Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate and resolve faults
-
Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components
-
Document procedures and processes to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

Record repairs, test results, modifications, and inspection data
-
Inspect components and verify repairs to ensure flightworthiness
-
Support and assist in training team members

Work under general direction
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

High school diploma or GED
-
4+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational training, Associate degree with 2+ years of experience)

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
