JOB TITLE: Aircraft LOTO Specialist - Systems (Free Housing Support)

PAY RATE: $38.00 per hour

Summary:
This position provides crucial production support to Final Assembly and field operations, focusing on improving efficiency, safety, and product quality.
Foster a culture that enhances productivity, safety, and teamwork.
Work cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure proper use and inventory of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) book, kit, and equipment.
Coordinate with Lead/Manager on production build critical path.
Supervise and review LOTO processes and hazardous energy work.
Manage hand-off and end-of-shift activities.
Verify aircraft power can be safely applied.
Inventory LOTO kits pre and post shift.
Meet with teams to evaluate hazardous energy introduction.
Coordinate with Functional Test SMEs and MEs.
Manage LOTO transfers between GCs and field.
Ensure all mechanics sign out of active LOTOs.
Required Skills:
High School diploma/GED and 4+ years related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
3+ years of experience in Field Operations, Aircraft Systems, or LOTO.
3+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.
3+ years of experience advising others on quality and safety or resolving technical/operational problems.
Experience with systematic problem-solving and standardized work.
1+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications in English.
Ability to work with wiring design drawings, system interconnects, wire routing, and equipment installation.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and interpret blueprints and specifications.
