JOB TITLE: Aircraft Interior Installation Technician I
LOCATION: Savannah, GA
PAY RATE: $23.31/hour

Summary: 

• Safely perform removal, installation, and/or fabrication of aircraft interiors, including galleys, closets, lavatories, side ledges, bulkheads, doors, and vanity ledge fill panels.

• Coordinate with supervision and inspection to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, repair station procedures, and quality standards.

• Utilize the material tracking system to create parts demand, track discrepancies, and complete required documentation.

• Follow standard operating procedures when using tools and equipment such as hand tools, band saws, shears, sanders, and brakes.

• Maintain and properly care for shop equipment and tools.

• Comply with all safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies.

• Use personal protective equipment as required and address unsafe conditions immediately.

• May support aircraft certification and final phase testing, including flight tests as required

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Application installation, fabrication experience, or trade school preferred

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Must be able to work any shift

• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, work in confined areas, and lift up to 40 pounds

• Basic computer literacy required

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
