JOB TITLE: Aircraft Electrical Technician
LOCATION: Stratford, CT
PAY RATE: $30-40/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Construct aircraft wiring harnesses from electrical schematics and engineering drawings.

• Route wiring harnesses in large electronics racks and terminate to rear disconnect panels.

• Fabricate, install, diagnose, and repair electronic and electromechanical equipment.

• Build test boxes and laboratory test equipment to support system integration testing.

• Troubleshoot and modify systems based on written or verbal instructions.

• Perform mechanical mounting and general fabrication tasks for rack equipment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong electronic and electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience fabricating and terminating military wiring harnesses and connectors.

• Experience with electronic and electrical fabrication in lab or manufacturing environments.

• Mechanical and general fabrication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
