Summary: 

• Build, edit, and maintain the team backlog with input from stakeholders (including PM, EPM, and IPT Lead)

• Refine the backlog as part of the Agile rhythm, including PI Planning

• Collaborate with the team to mature and manage the Story backlog

• Understand the scope of upcoming enabler work and assist architects with decision-making

• Maximize customer value through prioritization and alignment of work

• Evaluate team progress and guide ongoing efforts to meet objectives

• Own risks and opportunities related to the product

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure completed Stories meet user needs and the Definition of Done

Requirements:

• This position requires an Active Secret Clearance to start.

• 6+ years of experience with Agile Software Development

• 4–6 years of experience with JIRA

• 6+ years of experience applying Engineering Design Principles

• 4–6 years of experience in Metrics Development

• 6+ years of advanced oral and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership within Agile environments

• 4–6 years of experience in Program Management

• 2–4 years of experience in Systems Engineering

• 2–4 years of experience in Hardware Integration or Software Engineering

• Must demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
