Job Title: Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Ensure efficient, high-quality aircraft production by managing configuration control, planning, tooling, sequencing, and build methods.
Support manufacturing and assembly operations while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Resolve production issues related to materials, processes, and tooling.
Interpret engineering drawings and collaborate with Design Engineering, Tooling, Quality, and Production teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 2+ years of aviation experience.
Knowledge of aircraft assembly, sequencing, and manufacturing flow.
Strong mechanical background in sheet metal (structures) and production processes.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S methodologies, and process improvement.
Proficiency in SAP, CAD/CAM, CATIA, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
Six Sigma certification.
GD&T training.
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
Experience with aircraft interiors.
Identify and resolve production challenges to improve quality and efficiency.
Maintain compliance with HACI standards and update planning documents, BOMs, and tool orders.
