JOB TITLE: Electrical Install Assembler - Free Housing Support - $5K Relocation Bonus

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual operations.

• Work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).

• Read, comprehend, and follow technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications in English.

• Apply sealant to surfaces per specifications.

• Install various aircraft system components, including panels.

• Operate mechanical lifts (e.g., ladders, tiger lifts, snorkel lifts).

• Use chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints, and special finishes.

• Work in confined spaces with associated training and certification.

• Carry and lift up to 35 pounds.

• Perform bond and ground measurements.

• Conduct in-tank sealing and structural work in fuel tanks.

• Wash fuel tanks and perform rework as needed.

• Maintain high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational school, Associate, or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in aviation/aerospace.

• 7+ years of experience using software applications (internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite, or other specialized tools).

• 7+ years of experience following detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications in English.

• 7+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing, technical, or mechanical fields using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.

• 7+ years of experience with wiring design drawings, system interconnects, wire routing, and equipment installation drawings.

• Meet physical requirements including bending, kneeling, reaching overhead, twisting, standing, walking, climbing/balancing, crawling, crouching, and head/neck flexion or extension.

• Carry and lift up to 35 pounds.

• Ability to work with high-hazard chemicals.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
