JOB TITLE: Mechanical Assembly - Actuation
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA
PAY RATE: $27-38/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Fabricate and assemble components using standard hand and power tools, as well as precision instruments

• Complete accurate buyoffs for finished work, inspections, and non-conformances

• Collaborate with engineers to recommend design changes and process improvements

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and configuration control requirements

Requirements:

• Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, machine trades, or manufacturing technologies

• Experience working with:

  • Composites

  • Titanium

  • Sheet metal

  • Riveting and fastening

  • Wiring and tubing

  • Basic machining

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical data

• Experience using torque wrenches, countersinks, drills, deburring tools, and calibrated equipment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and team members

• An A&P License is desired but not required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
