JOB TITLE: Production Assembler Technician - Multiple Openings
LOCATION: Irvine, CA
PAY RATE: $36-38/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary: 

  • Assemble, test, document, and package products for domestic and international orders.

  • Operate basic software-driven test tools to support production and troubleshooting activities.

  • Perform product testing and quality checks to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.

  • Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling activities.

  • Process work orders (WOs) and complete transactions within the ERP system.

  • Evaluate, estimate, troubleshoot, and perform repairs, modifications, and overhauls of returned units to manufacturing specifications.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with receiving both inventory and non-inventory materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support operational goals.

  • Follow organizational policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.

  • Support production timelines while maintaining a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment as a Production Assembler or Technician.

  • Experience with inventory control, receiving, shipping, and ERP systems, preferably in an ITAR/export-controlled environment.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to follow work instructions, policies, and standard operating procedures.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

  • High level of integrity, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

  • Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Ability to stand, stoop, climb, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Ability to move between departments, work areas, and facilities as needed.

  • May involve physical activities such as climbing in/out of equipment, crawling, and occasional outdoor work.

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
