Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Leads integration and design synthesis across aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, thermodynamics, electronics, controls, and actuation for next-generation weapon systems.
Conducts multi-disciplinary system trade studies to optimize performance and cost.
Coordinates with fabrication, assembly, MRB, quality, and supply-chain teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Generates technical and administrative materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
Supports and conducts integration of Special Mission programs across multi-disciplinary teams.
Applies experience in airframe structure design and analysis for aerospace systems.
Applies experience with metallic and composite materials design.
Uses CATIA V5 and 3DX for design and integration tasks.
Coordinates MRB (Material Review Board) activities and support for production operations.
Applies hand stress analysis methods for structural evaluation.
Requirements:
Active Top Secret Security Clearance required to start.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor's or above Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
Experience in airframe structure design and analysis.
Experience with metallic and composite design.
Experience with CATIA V5 and or 3DX.
Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Experience interacting with suppliers, external customers, and Production Operations.
MRB coordination and support experience.
Experience with hand stress analysis.
Experience with hypersonic boost-glide systems.
