JOB TITLE: Advanced Composite Technician I
LOCATION: Tulsa, OK
PAY RATE: $21.21/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Manufacture composite aircraft parts according to engineering and production specifications

  • Demonstrate required manufacturing competencies during performance evaluations

  • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine process sequence

  • Inspect completed work to ensure defect-free assemblies prior to quality inspection

  • Maintain production documentation and logs (MIR, DMT, PCO, DR/DI, etc.)

  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow FOD, 5S, and safety program standards

  • Support Lean manufacturing initiatives

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Basic computer skills

  • 1 year of composite manufacturing experience

  • Ability to work with composite resins and materials

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Ability to read and use a 6-inch scale

  • Must meet physical requirements of the role

  • Ability to work any shift as required

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
