Summary: 

• Manufacture composite aircraft parts per specifications in a team-oriented setting.

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets.

• Utilize precision measuring tools (6” scale, 1” micrometer, 6” dial caliper).

• Ensure defect-free assemblies before inspection.

• Maintain logs and records (MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs, DR/DI, etc.).

• Keep work areas clean and comply with FOD, 5S, and safety regulations.

• Support Lean initiatives.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must meet physical requirements of the position.

• Must be able to work any shift.
