Job Description

JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer Support Analyst 3 
LOCATION: Oklahoma City, OK
PAY RATE: $67/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Track and analyze performance against baseline plans using technical, budget, and schedule data

  • Develop and present performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risks and maintain program health

  • Prepare and deliver presentations on program status and earned value metrics

  • Support supplier performance and integration of cost/schedule data

  • Apply systems thinking to assess impacts of changes on program objectives

  • Drive continuous process improvement in program tracking and reporting

  • Provide analytical support across the product lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, math, physics, or related technical field

  • 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience)

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong skills in budget/schedule analysis and performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in aerospace or defense programs

  • Familiarity with aircraft avionics systems

  • Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)

  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)

  • Systems engineering and product lifecycle knowledge

  • Ability to mentor team members in tracking tools and best practices
