Summary: 

• Supporting users with Jupyter notebooks, DataStage, Python, R scripts, APIs, GitLab, deployments, and job execution.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues such as system errors, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks.

• Collaborate closely with internal platform and engineering teams to drive resolutions and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Provide expert-level support for IBM Watson Studio users

• Troubleshoot issues related to notebooks, DataStage, deployments, APIs, and integration tools

• Identify root causes of technical problems and implement effective solutions

• Collaborate with platform teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Contribute to knowledge base documentation and improve support workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

• Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) and watsonx.ai

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
