JOB TITLE: (P) Project Engineer - REMOTE

Summary: 

• Support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team in driving awareness, user adoption, and change acceptance related to enterprise initiatives.

• Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, end-user communications, and support for various change management activities such as:

  • Change impact analysis

  • Stakeholder analysis

  • Role mapping

  • Survey creation, deployment, and analysis

  • Training development and delivery based on feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement

• Proven project leadership experience

• Ability to develop and execute strategic change management plans

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear messaging

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with ADKAR methodology or similar change management practices

• Experience supporting ERP system implementations; SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
