JOB TITLE: (P) Project Engineer - REMOTE
LOCATION: Orlando, FL
PAY RATE: $82/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Support organizational change management and learning initiatives to drive user adoption and increase awareness of upcoming changes.

• Focus on stakeholder engagement and end-user communication, supporting activities such as:

  • Conducting change impact and stakeholder analyses

  • Role mapping and survey creation/deployment

  • Analyzing survey data to inform training and communication strategies

  • Developing and delivering targeted training based on feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Proven experience in change management and stakeholder engagement

• Strong project leadership and strategic planning skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex information

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

• Familiarity with the ADKAR change management methodology

• Experience with production operations and warehouse management implementations

• Experience with Dassault Apriso and/or SAP S/4HANA

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
