Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Summary:Â
Performs routine structural and mechanical assembly on aircraft systems and components using manual operations and power tools.
Requires regular, predictable attendance and adherence to safety standards.
Use tools including high/low-speed drills, nut runners, Quackenbush, etc.
Set up and validate jigs and fixtures
Perform close-tolerance drilling, fastener installation/removal, and precision measuring
Work with CFRP, aluminum, and titanium for structural assembly (drilling, sanding, trimming, shimming)
Non-managerial, non-leadership role
Requirements:
Aircraft experience requiredÂ
High School diploma/GED and 1+ year of related experience or equivalent (e.g., vocational/technical training)
6+ months experience in aircraft reading/interpreting blueprints, specs, and work instructions in English
6+ months using hand/power/pneumatic tools in manufacturing or mechanical roles
6+ months experience with aircraft structural part fabrication and assembly processes (not automotive assembly).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, climbing, bending, twisting, and working with hazardous chemicals
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
