Job Description

JOB TITLE: Aviation Project Planner
LOCATION: Littleton, CO
PAY RATE: Up to $60/hour

Summary: 

  • Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules aligned with contractual scope, budget, resources, and program strategy

  • Provide time-phased critical path analysis and actionable planning data

  • Identify and resolve execution conflicts using predictive schedule analytics

  • Track, monitor, and status all program commitments

  • Prepare planning artifacts for proposals and solicitations

  • Act as the planning integrator between program management, senior leadership, and the customer

  • Ensure vertical and horizontal integration of schedules and cost/schedule alignment

  • Model and measure risk/opportunity impact on baseline schedules and perform schedule risk assessments

  • Use performance and health metrics to recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in program planning/scheduling

  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM)

  • Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses

  • Strong communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills

  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Previous experience with Space programs

  • Proficiency in tools: Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan, Acumen, OnePager Pro

  • Understanding of spacecraft/satellite program lifecycle

  • Familiarity with Program Performance Management Process

  • Experience integrating cost and schedule

  • Prior team leadership experience

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through

  • Self-starter with minimal oversight

  • Flexible and proactive in proposal support

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and influencing skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
