JOB TITLE: Structural Analysis Engineer L4 - REMOTE
LOCATION: Remote, U.S.
PAY RATE: $96/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

• Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: Secret Clearance required to start

• Shift: Variable; must be available for 24/7 on-call rotation, weekends, and OT as needed

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Perform structural analysis (static strength, durability/fatigue, damage tolerance) using classical methods and tools.

• Develop, integrate, and document structural requirements and test plans.

• Support repair design, service bulletin development, and failure investigations.

• Provide temporary/permanent repair options while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.

• Define and document certification and test results for customers and regulatory agencies.

• Lead process improvements, mentor peers, and coordinate across teams.

Requirements:

• Secret Clearance required to start

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• 7+ years of experience in structural analysis.

• 7+ years with structural methods and repair principles (stress analysis, fatigue/corrosion, statics, materials, repair techniques, damage tolerance).

• Experience with aircraft models.

• Ability to support variable shifts and 24/7 on-call rotation.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 9+ years of related experience or equivalent education.

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Aerospace Engineering.

• Experience with FAA certification/production or fleet support projects.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
