Qualifying Questions:
Summary:Â
Perform manual and automated wire and ribbon bonding on microelectronic components
Operate bonding machines, microscopes, and precision measurement tools
Follow detailed assembly instructions and work under magnification
Use hand and pneumatic tools (tweezers, torque drivers, etc.)
Maintain accurate production documentation
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
High school diploma or GED required
This IS A CLEARANCE JOB. Interim Secret required to start.
Experience in microelectronics wire bonding (manual gold ball and ribbon)
Familiarity with manual and automatic bonding equipment
Basic computer skills (digital timekeeping, work instructions)
Strong attention to detail; ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn industry standards (J-STD-001, IPC-A-610)
Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
