Summary:
Seeking an experienced Flightline Group Coordinator (Level C) to provide critical production support on-site in San Antonio, TX.
This role improves production efficiency, safety, and product quality while fostering a productive team environment.
Coordinates with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, ensures proper use of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) equipment, and supervises safety procedures.
Required Skills:
A&P License required.
3+ years’ experience with live aircraft/field operations.
3+ years’ experience identifying hazardous energy on live aircraft.
3+ years’ experience troubleshooting complex aircraft systems.
3+ years’ experience isolating systems on live aircraft.
Ability to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Desired Skills:
3+ years’ experience with Production System (BPS) concepts.
3+ years’ experience in a team environment.
