Jason Pratt is an aviation professional with over 20 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, technical operations, recruiting, and consulting. He is known for precision, professionalism, and delivering strong results across airline, OEM, and MRO environments.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Technical Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and began his career at Aviation High School in New York. His technical background includes extensive maintenance on Boeing and Airbus aircraft, including multiple widebody, narrowbody, and military platforms, as well as emergency response, training oversight, and large-hub planning operations.

Jason has also built a successful aviation recruiting career, consistently exceeding performance metrics and founding a recruiting platform that scaled to over 150 active accounts before its sale. He holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant License and brings a results-driven, integrity-focused approach to every role he supports.
